You can change your password at any time, but your number of attempts to access this Site and/or certain content sections of the Site and/or certain content sections of the Site may be limited to avoid fraudulent use of the password. While we do everything to reasonably keep our Site secure and free from bugs and viruses, we do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.
Terms and Conditions of Sale, Policies and Procedures Relating to Orders
Orders and Processing
When you place an order via the Site for a product, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each product you have requested to buy. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard online as preferred payment methods. Once payment has been made for the products you have ordered, we will arrange for the products to be delivered to you or made ready for collection, and send to you a dispatch/ready for collection email where you may track your order status. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by us and that a contract is formed. All confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. This may occur where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock.
Shipping and Handling
We strive to deliver to most international destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package and we will contact you for the best available shipping rates to get products out to you. We do not deliver to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Boxes and hotels. For enquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strive to deliver the products to you as efficiently as possible; however, delivery time may be affected by laws, customs, custom inspections, logistics, weather and public holidays. Freight companies are not binding and shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by delays.
NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for customs clearance. In addition, some countries request to attach product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.
All products are under quality check procedure before dispatch. Whilst we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition, there may be cases of damage during shipping.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your package if you need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We DO NOT accept returns of any product that is requested for return or exchange after more than 7 days of receipt, any opened or used products, discounted/clearance/promotion products, free promotional gifts or samples, or products that were not purchased from this site.
We will not be responsible for the replacement due to an inaccurate delivery address provided.
We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
To request for a return and exchange, please email a few photos of the defective or wrong product(s) to email@example.com, along with a copy of the receipt. A representative from Dermagram will then be in contact to arrange for the return and exchange of the damaged, defective or incorrect and product(s).
Dermagram reserves the final right of decision in case of disputes.
If you receive a defective or wrong item(s), please email a few photos of the defective or wrong product(s) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving your package, along with a copy of the receipt. A representative will then be in contact to arrange for the return and exchange of the damaged, defective or incorrect and product(s) or process a refund along with the shipping fee.
Modifications of Service and Prices
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the site; however, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours and images of our products, or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability (certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the site at limited quantities), and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
